The Dome & Grounds

Tropical Islands Hotel Krausnick is built inside the world's largest free-standing dome, covering 35000 m² of amenities. The indoor rainforest contains over 50000 plants and houses flamingos and turtles. An artificial beach with authentic white sand lines the lagoon-style pool.

Dining & Entertainment

Guests can choose from 13 restaurants and bars, including the Sawadee buffet, Palm Beach Restaurant, and Mondial Food Court. The outdoor AMAZONIA area features the "Whitewater River" lazy river pool and Germany's highest water slide. Live music performances and themed events run throughout the week.

Rooms & Accommodations

The resort offers themed rooms designed after South America, Africa, and Asia-Pacific, with air conditioning and satellite TV. Deluxe Woodland Homes and VIP Sunrise Homes provide extra privacy within the dome. Standard rooms include minibars and private bathrooms with showers.

Wellness & Children

The spa complex offers massages, facial treatments, body scrubs, a hammam, steam room, and solarium. For children, the Tropino Kids' Club provides supervised activities along with mini golf and a water play area. The fitness center is open year-round with gym equipment and locker rooms.

Pools & Access

The resort has four swimming pools, including both indoor and outdoor heated pools with water slides and pool views.
